HOSTING POLICY
|
The files we are/will be hosting for you must be stored on our servers. Therefore, you agree
to give us permission to maintain these files and make copies, if necessary, in order to make
them available to users of the Internet.
Ariel Productions will never share your information with another party outside of our company.
It is your responsibility to disclose information to another party as your discretion. We will
not disclose information even if the request comes from your company. However, if authorities
request information we will disclose it to them.
Any account whose payment status is not current as of the start of the next billing period is
deemed late. Generally, customers are given 5 day grace period after which the account is put
on suspension. Reactivation of closed accounts due to delinquency incurs a $14.95 reactivation
fee as well as payment of the balance due in full.
You, the customer, are required to give a 30 day notice before canceling your account.
Price are subject to change at any time. However, you will be notified of any price changes 30
days in advance.
Ariel Productions is more than happy to host any website whether it is a personal website or
a business website. However, there are a few circumstances that we will deny hosting, which
are listed below. We want to provide high quality hosting to our customers. We appreciate your
understanding; thank you.
Ariel Productions does not and will not host any adult website and/or material under any
circumstance. Any website found hosting this material will be suspended immediately.
Ariel Productions is very strict about this and we will not tolerate this at all. If there is any
hint of child pornography associated with your site then your local law enforcement agency will be
notified. Also, your account will be banned from our servers for life.
Ariel Productions does not and will not host any illegal material (Warez, Crackers, etc.) under
any circumstance. Any website found hosting this material will be suspended immediately.
Ariel Productions does not tolerate hacking and/or phishing on our servers. If you try to access
another computer system without authorized access (including port scanning, stealth scanning, etc.)
or your website is a phishing scam then your account will be terminated immediately.
Ariel Productions does not tolerate spamming or the sending of bulk emails. If there is a suspicion
of this then your account will be suspended until the issue is resolved.
Ariel Productions does not tolerate viruses under any circumstances.
Any website found hosting this material will be suspended immediately.
Ariel Productions does not tolerate the hosting of copyright material or intellectual property
that does not belong to you or your company.
